Foxhills Clean Air Day 2019

the Foxhills schools held their first Clean Air Day and it was a tremendous success, despite the weather! 

We held a ‘Car Free Day’ which meant all staff and parents were encouraged to ditch the car or park away from the school. It was amazing to see the car park so empty! 

In the afternoon, many children and parents visited our Clean Air Carnival and learnt more about the impact of air pollution on the environment. We also had many children (and parents!) having a go on our go-karts and adult scooters! 

Thank you to all who supported this event and local businesses who donated prizes and gave up their time by running a stall.
