Science in Year 6 - Survival of the Fittest

Year 6 have been investigating the theory of evolution and “survival of the fittest” by conducting an investigation into birds’ beak sizes and competition for food. We were inspired by Charles Darwin’s observations about the finches on the Galápagos Islands!
