UN-BAA-LIEVABLE

We have been supported by the New Forest Land Advisory Service to develop our Woodland area. We have a very special meadow area which is home to over 20 varieties of butterfly.

To help manage the growth of the area, we are working with a local Commoner (Trevor) who has lent us some of his livestock - sheep, to be precise!

We have five Herdwick sheep living with us for the next 6 weeks. Children from both the Infants and Juniors saw them released into the woodland this week and will have lots of opportunities to see them in the wild.

We are hoping that this will become a regualr feature of our school. Horses and goats, next? Who knows!
