Visit to Waterstones

On the 18^th May, a group of Foxhills children took part in a special visit to our local Waterstones book shop in Southampton’s West Quay Shopping Centre.

We were greeted by Bookseller Emma, who gave us a tour of the children’s section. She showed us how to find our way around the different categories, and talked to us about brand new releases and their most popular children’s books.

Our children were full of fantastic questions and enjoyed the opportunity to chat about their favourite books and get excited about reading!
