The Y5 Exciting Outcome took place this week.
A few weeks ago, the children found some historical artefacts belonging to Mr Frederick Watson, who was in the process of preparing an Anglo-Saxon exhibition in 1939. The exhibition never happened but the children decided that they would complete his work and open a museum. They successfully researched information about the Saxons and, for the outcome, produced a range of exhibits, such as money, food, houses and education.
The event was very busy and was attended by many parents who reported that they had learned so much about our ancestors, the Anglo-Saxons.
Mr Watson would have been very proud!
