Y6 SATs talk

Thursday night saw Y6 parents meet with the Year 6 teachers to learn more about the Statutory Assessment Tests (SATs) that children will experience in a few months time (May 2017).

We shared the new test format, introduced last year, and the raised expectations of what the children are supposed to achieve.

We also gave information about some f the support materials that parents can purchase to help prepare their child for the format, so that the experience is less daunting for them.
