Year 6 Isle of Wight Trip - Day 4

Today was the last full day of our residential trip to the Isle of Wight. We spent the day over at Blackgang Chine, supposedly the world's oldest theme park as it will be 180 years old next year. The children really enjoyed the park's roller coaster and also taking a turn down the massive water flumes!

This evening was our end of trip disco in the barn at our accommodation. Everyone had a wonderful (if a little smelly) time dancing the night away. There was even a dance-off which the girls went and won! The playlist for the evening included classics such as "Cotton Eyed Joe" and "Never Gonna Give You Up" plus more recent hits like "Shivers" and "Baby Shark"!

Tomorrow has only our journey home to come. Everybody has made incredible memories on this trip and we will all miss our time on the Isle of Wight (yes, even the staff (possibly))!
