Our philosophy

  • Our CLEAR values are underpinned by the principle that all stakeholders at Foxhills believe that every child can improve. All children have the right to reach high standards in their learning and make good progress during their time at Foxhills Junior School.
  • Children who differ from their peers academically, physically, socially or emotionally must have access to an inclusive, well-balanced and broad based curriculum within a nurturing and caring environment.
  • Children with Additional Educational Needs and Disabilities (AEND) should have specific interventions that remove significant barriers to learning, resulting in them having the same opportunities to achieve as well as Non-AEND children.

Concerned about your child's learning or the progress they are making?

If you have any concerns about your child's learning or the progress they are making, then your child's teacher is the initial point of contact. They will be very aware of your child's learning, planning to meet their needs on a day-to-day basis, and will be able to listen and respond to your concerns.

They may seek advice or a further meeting with Mrs Kealey, our SENCo and Inclusion leader.
